About Tiffany

Tiffany Coor is a Licensed Associate Counselor with Christian Counseling Care.

Born and raised in Arizona, Tiffany is a graduate of Arizona State University and Grand Canyon University. She has a master’s degree in trauma-informed counseling and is a forever student of faith, health and wellness. In her early years, she offered art classes at Phoenix Children’s Hospital and valley schools while serving as a milieu counselor to clients transitioning from the Arizona State Hospital.

When a series of traumatic events left her in chronic pain, Tiffany found temporary relief in yoga and meditation. She went on to study and teach at retreat centers in India and California until she became a mother. Following a season of deep loss, Tiffany shifted her focus to her personal relationship with Jesus, who set her free from the pain that had plagued her. The compassionate care she received in her church community and in grief counseling inspired her to answer her calling to return to the field.

As a trauma-informed therapist, Tiffany will work with you to address the root cause of any presenting symptoms while highlighting your strengths and gifts in a warm and caring space. Her holistic, collaborative approach to counseling blends adaptive information processing (EMDR), somatic integration, art and narrative therapies, family systems, and neuroscience through a solutions-focused lens. As an associate, Tiffany works under the direct supervision of Tara Dorman, LPC, who is an approved Clinical Supervisor through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
