Supervision

I am an approved Clinical Supervisor through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. My approach towards supervision is an integrative one, as I believe blending different models provides an ideal outcome for supervisees. I utilize the Discrimination Model to evaluate and determine appropriate goals for each supervisee to facilitate eventual independence. I also use the Cognitive-Behavioral Model to provide consistent structure to maintain well-rounded supervision meetings.
