About Megan

I am passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and discover their inner strengths. It takes a lot of courage to reach out for support and I am humbled to assist those working towards restoring their emotional health. Together we can work through unresolved trauma, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions to cultivate healing and healthy emotional resilience.

I have extensive experience working with individuals experiencing intimate betrayal and feel passionately about supporting those healing from betrayal trauma through a pro-dependence model. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities from a trauma-informed, cognitive behavioral approach, incorporating person-centered techniques, and mindfulness practices.

I believe that healing begins with a strong, empathetic, supportive therapeutic relationship focused on biblical alignment. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, with unconditional positive regard for my clients, focusing on each client’s individual unique needs and goals. I am excited to hear from you and support you as you take the next step towards growth and healing.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our three boys. They keep us our toes with baseball practices, impromptu pillow fights, and frequent trips to the Phoenix Zoo. My husband and I enjoy planning weekend getaways, hiking, and trying new restaurants in the valley together.
