About Megan

As a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist, I am passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and discover their inner strengths. It takes a lot of courage to reach out for support, and I am humbled to assist those working towards restoring their emotional health. Together we can work through unresolved trauma, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions to cultivate healing and healthy emotional resilience.

I have extensive experience working with individuals experiencing intimate betrayal and feel passionately about supporting those healing from betrayal trauma through a pro-dependence model. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities from a trauma-informed, cognitive behavioral approach, incorporating person-centered techniques, and mindfulness practices.

I believe that healing begins with a strong, empathetic, supportive therapeutic relationship focused on biblical alignment. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, with unconditional positive regard for my clients, focusing on each client’s individual unique needs and goals. I am excited to hear from you and support you as you take the next step towards growth and healing.

Megan works with individuals aged 13+ and couples at the Scottsdale Atrium on Mondays through Thursdays, as well as providing telehealth. She looks forward to hearing from you.
