About Hope

Hi, I’m Hope! My clients often describe me as warm, approachable, nonjudgmental, and genuine in my approach. I aim to be a compassionate witness alongside you in our sessions, creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly heard. As a Christian, there is no greater honor than being able to walk alongside you in support in whatever season life has found you in.

I currently work with individuals both in person at the North Scottsdale office and via telehealth. I am a trauma-certified therapist through Instinctual Trauma Response (ITR), an approach that integrates narrative therapy, art therapy, parts work, and deep introspection to support meaningful healing.

I especially enjoy working with teens, young adults, and women, helping you to navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, and tools for neurodivergence (or being neurospicy, as I like to put it) as needed. I incorporate evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),  Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Polyvagal Theory. I’m always happy to explain these tools in a way that feels accessible to you. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and we can adapt skills to fit YOU.

Outside of my work, I enjoy CrossFit, exploring new cultures through traveling, connecting with my church community, and spending time with my husband and our three small, crazy dogs. I believe in the importance of finding balance and regulation through movement, reflection, and connection.
